Ben Seyoum is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management, strategy development, operations, and organizational change management. In his current role, Ben oversees key business functions to drive operational excellence across all parts of Springfield Prep. Prior to joining Springfield Prep, Ben oversaw operations at a national nonprofit focused on driving transformation of the U.S. education and workforce systems, leading the organization through development of it's first ever strategic and operational plan as well as the successful implementation of an organizational redesign to support its rapid growth. Prior to this, Ben had leadership roles across healthcare and technology organizations, successfully launching new ventures, leading post-acquisition integrations, and developing organizational-wide analytics infrastructure and horsepower. Ben started his career as an investment analyst in New York City before moving back to his hometown of Boston.

Ben received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University.
