Will Palmer

Director of School Service Operations

Mr. Palmer has over 15 years of experience in operational management. After emigrating from England in 2008, he joined Crossroads, a recognized leader in the youth development sector in Boston, Massachusetts. For over 12 years, before joining Springfield Prep in June 2022, Mr. Palmer specialized in experiential education retreats, serving over tens of thousands of Middle and Elementary school students. In his role at Crossroads, Will generated millions of dollars of revenue for the organization: managing events ranging from destination weddings, fundraisers, corporate retreats, school field trips, and summer camps. Will earned a BA from The University of Brighton on the south coast of England. He currently lives happily in Amherst, Massachusetts with his wife, 2 kids, and their cat named Bobbie.
